NINHO DA PITA WINE
The vineyards of Olivia's Winery are located in Trás-os-Montes, more precisely in Alfândega da Fé, at an average altitude of 550 meters. They are all grown in organic production, in which dry soils are predominantly schist. We believe that shale soils give rise to very mineral wines, with extremely complex aromas and great longevity.
