Daniel Martins is a young Environmental Enginner, who, desiring independence from work, decided in 2012 to dedicate himself to producing and selling his family's olive oil.

His experience in the olive groves was acquired in the field, working side by side with the farmers,  and consolidated in the various courses he took after his degree, such as organic farming, basic mechanization and working with agricultural machinery.


 “ Since I was a little boy, I have been in contact with the olive grove and the family oil, which has always enhanced our meals.  Because for me it is a personal achievement to be present in all the steps that take this same olive oil to the consumer, thus guaranteeing a truly organic product, unaltered, pure olive juice”
